The headquarters project of YUWEITEK was officially settled inHefei on July 1, 2021. The headquarters building was started renovation in September, officially put into production on January 7, 2022. The first silicon wafer panoramic checkout equipment was delivered for the first time on April 10. YUWEITEK kept moving forward in the industrialization of semiconductor inspection and metrology equipment at the speed of one node with in three months.
